I really like this tape
As a climber, mid 30s, my tendons are not as strong as my desire to crank hard. Turns out, years of abuse and not resting injuries adds up.... anyway, no need to live and learn; we have this tape!
With ongoing A3 pully damage, a good solid tape is key! I bought this tape originally for its style, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great it is!
I have found it holds really well in long sessions, and while it does stretch a little, it's no more so than standard tape, however, it holds its structure better, which is great! I have found it doesnt flex and snap like white tape either on those harder crimps, and it doesnt roll or bunch up as much.
My only gripe is that it doesnt tear vertically for H wrapping but that's why scissors exist. Its also a little harder to cut in terms of width compared to white tape i.e. halvingthe roll, likely because it doesnt vertically cut as easy. Clutching at straws really for anything negative.
With good style, great hold, and harder resilience, id highly recomend.
